EL PASO DOBLE
Life is meant to be celebrated, and at Paso Doble, every day is a fiesta! Throughout the year, we host a variety of cultural events, from jaripeo bailes, to folklore showcases and culinary festivals, each offering a unique opportunity to celebrate the richness and diversity of Latin America in Pico Rivera, CA. El Paso Doble has grown from a humble vision to a thriving sanctuary of tradition, community, and celebration. Our journey began with a deep respect for the customs and heritage passed down through generations, and it continues as we explore new ways to honor our roots while embracing the future.
Originally known as “Picolandia,” the venue lacked a cohesive branding strategy. I saw this as an opportunity to create a modern and inclusive logo that could extend across all facets of the company, including packaging and apparel. The design features a skull that embodies the main body of a maraca, crossed with a trumpet, which pays tribute to the vaquero cowboys of Pico Rivera, CA, while reflecting the lively music that defines the venue.
